What are the postage costs?
We have a standard postage cost for all items of £1.99. For larger items there is an additional charge of £0.50 for each additional large item. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. If you require any other postage options, please get in touch via the contact page before placing your order!
Can I return my order?
Yes! You have 30 days from your order date to return your item/s if you are not happy with them for any reason (we hope this is never the case!). Please email us at [email protected] or use the contact page to request a return. Providing the item is in its original condition you will receive a full refund, but we do not cover the costs of the return postage.
Which crystal do I need?!
Natural crystals each have unique and almost perfect geometrical structures, which gives them different energetic frequencies. The properties of a crystal will depend on the vibration it carries, along with other things.
You can look into the properties you desire, and go from there, however we really believe that you don't choose a crystal, the crystal chooses you! So if there is a stone which stands out to you, that's usually the one you need the most! Obviously this can change all the time, it all depends on how your energy interacts with a crystals energy. Interesting right!
So go with your intuition when choosing your crystal, and if you're really not sure just drop us a message via the contact page, we'll be happy to help you decide!

Absolutely! Whether its for a gift, or just to treat yourself, we can help you with choosing the perfect crystal, and create a custom piece of jewellery which will be unique and bespoke to you!

How do I care for my crystals?
To get the most benefit from your crystals, giving them a regular clean and cleanse is essential!
Cleaning them with water gets rid of any dust or other build up which may gather on the crystal if it is left around the house or if you wear it often. To physically clean your crystals, immerse them in a bowl of salt water (use natural sea salt or Himalayan salt) and leave them for atleast 12 hours. Alternatively, hold them under a running tap (make sure the water is neither too hot or too cold, this can stress the crystal). *Do not use water to cleanse selenite, calcite or pyrite!
Crystals also need an energetic cleanse every now and then, to clear any negative or unnecessary energy which the crystal can pick up from different environments, people or situations. Our favourite tool for this is Sage or Palo Santo smudging. After physically cleaning them, light your smudge stick as normal and let the smoke wash over the crystal, keeping the intention for cleansing in mind.
You can also use selenite, as it has a very high, purifying vibration. Lay your crystals on a slab of selenite to cleanse and fully charge them.
Some crystals never need cleansing, because they have powerful vibrations, they literally cleanse themselves! Some of these include selenite, citrine and carnelian.
